DigitalOcean add-ons for SaaS solutions

Today DigitalOcean announced the general availability of add-ons, enabling 1-click installation of SaaS solutions for their customers via a new category in their marketplace. This move opens the door to easy integration with other services that (at first glance) may appear to be DigitalOcean’s competitors. Although not announced, I see nothing to prevent them from offering a service like Mongo Atlas or Redis Enterprise Cloud as add-ons in the future.
